  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Products that are opened, used, or tampered with will not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used creams, gels, serums, or similar personal care items
  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Items sold on discount or promotional offers (unless defective)

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only processed if the return request is approved after inspection.
  • Once approved, refunds are issued via bank transfer, wallet, or original payment method (depending on availability).
  • Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days.

4. Exchange Policy

If the product is eligible, we may offer an exchange instead of refund, depending on stock availability.


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product), we will cover return shipping.
