1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • In case of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Local (within Pakistan): 2–5 working days
  • Remote areas: 4–7 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout or confirmed at order confirmation.
  • Free shipping offers may be available during promotions.

4. Order Confirmation

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you via call or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.
  • Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled automatically.

5. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details (if available) will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp.
  • Customers can use the tracking number to monitor their shipment status.

6. Delays in Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier company issues
  • Weather conditions
  • National holidays or strikes
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

However, we will fully cooperate with couriers to resolve issues as quickly as possible.

7. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of order.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos).
  • If a package is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
